Will I have a private room?
Yes, all our rooms are private – complete with a kitchenette and bathroom. Double occupancy rooms are available if you would like to live with a spouse or other companion.
Are utilities included with my room?
Yes, all utilities – plus wifi internet access, cable tv and phone – are included in your unit price.
Can I come and go at will?
Yes, you can come and go at will. If you have your own vehicle, you may keep it onsite at no additional charge. If you do not have your own vehicle, our community has a bus that can take you to your appointments or we can help you arrange a ride.
Your visitors may come and go at will as well – 24 hours a day. To ensure the safety of all our residents, visitors will be required to sign in and at certain hours will need to be let in by staff.
Am I allowed to bring my pet?
Unfortunately, we ask that you kindly find another home for your pet to accommodate the safety and allergies of our residents.
